IMAGINE YOU WAKE UP: THE OOOO+X METHOD

Living in the here and now isn’t as easy as some might think. We’re often too busy fretting about what’s going to – or what might – happen. And that is exactly what stops us being happy, says Michael Kurth, an ex-rapper who went by the name of Curse. He took a break from his life as a musician to regroup and to find out what he needed – and didn’t need – to live a good life.

He not only rediscovered his love for hip hop but also experienced the positive effects of meditation. Reflecting on his recent experiences, he designed the OOOO+X Method, a captivating and refreshingly clear path towards finding a new balance in life and attaining that sense of centre and fulfilment many of us find so elusive these days.
